1. Item you are looking to have made - Dangle Earrings or Memory Wire Bracelet

2.Color Scheme - What colors, lights, darks, etc... 

2.Wire Color - Gold Tone, Silver Tone, Antiqued Gold Tone

3.Theme - What sort of beads and charms are you looking for? For example, flowers, animals, a hobby. (bracelets come with the BADMamaBear charm and one other specific to your request)

4. Any Additional Request
